When placing your order, please note the following:  

1. What will happen after I placed my order ?

As soon as you placed your order you will receive an confirmation e-mail for your order. This means that we have received your order in our system and authorized your credit card for the purchase.   

 

2. Why I have not received any order confirmation details?

Most times this is because our customers have accidentally entered their email in wrong. Throughout the process we send 2-3 emails, including an order confirmation, shipping & fulfillment notice. If you believe you may have entered your email wrong please contact us and we will fix it for you.

 

3. When will I receive a tracking number ?

You will receive tracking information by email once your order has shipped out, normally within 2-5 working days. 

 

4. How can I track my orders ?

You can track your orders by visiting the TRACK ORDER tab on our page or click here. Tracking information will be available within 5-10 days.

 

5. I ordered 2+ items, but only received one... where's my order?

We have a large assortment of products not stocked in house, when you order multiple items at a time, they may be shipped separately so they get to you faster. You may receive one item before the next. So don't panic if you don't receive all of your items at once…they are on the way :)

 

6. How long does it take for an order to arrive?

For all orders within the USA, please allow 2 - 5 weeks for delivery.

For all orders outside of the USA, please allow 3 - 6 weeks for delivery.

** Tictok partners with global merchants in order to provide you the best prices and a unique global shopping experience. This means that your order is shipped from global areas such as Thailand, China, Malaysia, etc. 

Because we ship directly from our partners in these countries, your item may take 2-5 weeks to arrive. (Factors such as customs clearings may have an impact on the delivery time.)

Please do not panic if it does not show up immediately, it's on its way :)

 

7. What should I do if the received item is damage?

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Buyers are required to provide photographic evidence of the product defects to customercare@tictok.net

 

8. Can I get replacement for the damaged item?

Yes, within 7 days upon receiving the item. If the defect is valid, we will send another replacement to you.

 

9. I just placed my order but decided that I want to cancel it. What do I need to do?

To cancel your order, we must hear from you that day by midnight EST. Otherwise your order will be processed and shipped out according to our terms.
